After you move into your new home, Nautilus Customer Builders will perform a 6-month and 12-month thorough 200-point inspection on all systems and components of your home, free of charge.
Maintenance plans that aren’t hard to maintain.
Once you are enjoying your new home, it is easy to forget about the important
maintenance items that a luxury home requires. We offer several different maintenance
plans that can relieve you of having to worry about those little things around
your home.
Our team will periodically perform basic checks and services such
as: inspect and clean screens, inspect and clean gutters and drains, change out
hard to reach light bulbs, change out HVAC filters, drain and refill water heater,
check and tune “Smart Home” and monitoring electronics, inspect and adjust irrigation
system, and much more regarding the systems and components of your home.
Our
Nautilus Advantage and Advantage Plus maintenance plans will keep you doing the
things you want to do with your time.
